Same-day procedure
Extraction, graft if needed, implant placed in the same visit when the bone allows. You walk out with a clear written aftercare plan.
Stage 2 (3-6 months later)
Once the implant has fused with the bone, you come back for a 20-minute visit to uncover it and place the healing abutment. $149.
Then back to your regular dentist for the crown. We send them everything they need.

These are not starting-from prices. They are the prices. The $45 limited exam fee is waived if you stay for treatment the same day. CBCT 3D imaging (normally $300) is included with every implant case. CareCredit and Cherry accepted for the implant.
Extraction
Any tooth. Simple, surgical, or impacted thirds. Same flat fee.
Collagen plug
Required with every extraction. Helps the socket heal cleanly.
Bone graft
Add-on when the socket needs it to preserve the site for an implant.
Single tooth implant
Total. Extraction $249 + plug $50 + graft $199 + placement $999 + stage 2 $149. Crown done by your dentist.

An implant requires extraction first. The $999 placement fee is the surgical step. The full first visit is $1,497, then a $149 stage 2 visit three to six months later.

If your tooth is already gone and the site has healed, you skip the extraction, plug, and graft. You pay only for what you actually need.

We confirm you are a candidate at your limited exam visit. If the site needs a graft before placement, we will tell you up front, in writing, before anything starts.
The CBCT scan. Why ours is included.
A CBCT is a low-dose 3D x-ray. It shows the bone, nerve, and sinus around your tooth. We use it to plan implant placement safely. Most practices charge $300 for it. We include it with every implant case.
What CBCT stands for
Cone Beam Computed Tomography. A scanner takes a fast 3D image of your jaw in about 20 seconds. Much lower radiation than a medical CT, similar to a long-haul flight.
Why we need it
A flat 2D x-ray hides important structures. The CBCT shows exactly how much bone you have, where the nerve runs, and how the sinus sits. That is how we place implants without surprises.
Why ours is included
We own the scanner. We run it ourselves. We are not paying a radiology service or marking it up. If you need an implant, you need a CBCT. Charging extra for it would be silly.
What it costs elsewhere
Most Bradenton practices bill $250 to $400 for a dental CBCT. Some bundle it. Most do not. Our $999 placement fee includes the scan, the planning, and the surgery.
